1 Seasonal Tune-Up Per Year
A comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and performance check of your heating or cooling system. This is the single most effective thing you can do to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.

When something breaks, you go to the front of the line. During peak season, non-members can wait weeks. Plan members get seen first.
10% Off All Repairs

Every tune-up is a full system inspection: we clean coils and components, check refrigerant levels, test electrical connections, replace the air filter, inspect ductwork, calibrate your thermostat, lubricate moving parts, test safety controls, check drainage lines, and measure overall performance. This is a thorough maintenance visit, not a quick filter swap.
We schedule your annual tune-up based on the season. If you sign up in spring or summer, we start with a cooling tune-up. If you sign up in fall or winter, we start with a heating tune-up. We reach out to schedule at the right time so you don't have to remember.
When you call for a repair, plan members get moved to the front of the line ahead of non-members. During peak summer and winter demand, this can mean the difference between a same-week visit and waiting two weeks.
Basic plan members save 10% on every repair. On a typical $500 repair, that's $50 back in your pocket. Most HVAC systems need at least one repair every few years, so the discount adds up over time on top of the prevention the tune-up provides.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We prorate the difference so you only pay the new rate going forward. Many members start with Basic and upgrade to Comfort Monitor once they see the value of regular maintenance.
No. The Basic plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without penalties or cancellation fees. If you cancel after your tune-up has been completed, you keep that benefit.
