At minimum, once per year. The industry standard is a heating tune-up in fall and a cooling tune-up in spring. Most manufacturer warranties require annual professional maintenance to remain valid.

Our tune-ups include a full system inspection, cleaning of coils and components, refrigerant level check (cooling systems), burner and ignition inspection (heating systems), thermostat calibration, electrical connection tightening, air filter replacement, and a safety check. We document everything and flag any issues that need attention before they become failures.

The thermostat tracks your system's performance patterns and alerts us if something looks off, like unusual cycling, temperature drift, or efficiency drops. We proactively reach out to schedule service before a full breakdown occurs.

Yes. Comfort Monitor and Total Care plan members receive a smart thermostat at no additional cost, installed during your first tune-up visit. The thermostat is yours to keep as long as your plan is active. It connects to our monitoring system and gives you full control of your home's temperature from your phone.

Plan members receive priority scheduling for repair calls, meaning you get moved to the front of the line. Basic plan members get 10% off repairs. Comfort Monitor members get 15% off. Total Care members get all covered repairs included at no extra charge. We also respond to plan members before non-members during peak demand.

Yes. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time without penalties or cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-year, you keep any benefits already used, like a completed tune-up. Most members stay because the savings and priority service more than cover the monthly cost.
