Our Story
Built on the South Shore
Andrew Blom and Peter Montana started Patchogue Heating and Air Conditioning with a simple idea: treat every home like it's your own. That means showing up on time, charging a fair price, and doing work you'd stand behind if your name was on the mailbox.
Today we serve Patchogue, Medford, Bellport, Sayville, and communities throughout Suffolk County. We handle everything from heat pump installations and AC repairs to maintenance plans that keep your system running smoothly all year.
Most of what we do is residential, but we also take on commercial HVAC repair for local businesses when they need it.
We're not a franchise and we're not a call center. We're the HVAC company that lives in your neighborhood.

Two owners with decades of HVAC between them, both living in the community they serve.
Andrew Blom
Owner
Andrew has worked in HVAC since 2007, including nine years at Daikin, one of the largest heat pump manufacturers in the world, three years at Johnson Controls, and a year at Albireo Energy, plus years in the field as a service technician. That mix of manufacturer and field experience is why PHA leans hard into heat pumps and ductless systems. He handles the estimates, the rebate paperwork, and writes the guides on this site.

Owner
Peter runs operations and the field crew. He is EPA-certified and handles the insurance, the trucks, the technicians, and the larger accounts, so the day-to-day work gets done right and on schedule. Between Andrew on the equipment and rebate side and Peter on operations, the whole job stays in-house.
