Every time we come out to troubleshoot a problem, the $89 diagnostic fee is waived. You only pay for the repair itself, at 15% off. If you need two or three service calls in a year, this benefit alone covers a big chunk of the plan cost.
Same-Day Priority Service
Total Care members get the fastest response we offer. When you call, we move you to the very front of the queue and do everything we can to get a technician to your home the same day. During a July heatwave or a January cold snap, this matters.
Annual Comprehensive System Review
Once a year, beyond your regular tune-ups, we perform a deep assessment of your entire HVAC system. Equipment condition, ductwork, insulation, efficiency, and projected lifespan. You get a written report with straightforward recommendations.
Extended Parts Warranty Coverage
Parts fail, especially on older systems. Total Care extends warranty protection on parts beyond what the manufacturer covers, reducing your out-of-pocket costs on replacements. Especially valuable if your equipment is approaching or past its original warranty period.

Normally, when we come out to diagnose a problem, there's an $89 diagnostic fee on top of the truck charge. Total Care members don't pay that. You just pay for the repair itself, with 15% off. Over the life of your system, this saves hundreds of dollars.
When you call with an issue, we do everything possible to get a technician to your home the same day. Total Care members jump to the very front of the queue, ahead of Comfort Monitor and Basic members. During peak summer or winter demand, this is the difference between getting fixed today and waiting days.
Beyond the standard tune-ups, Total Care members get an annual deep-dive review of their entire HVAC system. We assess equipment age and condition, ductwork integrity, insulation effectiveness, overall system efficiency, and give you a written report with honest recommendations. This helps you plan for the future and avoid surprises.

Yes. You can switch to Comfort Monitor or Basic at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.
No. Total Care is month-to-month like all our plans. Cancel anytime with no penalties. If you cancel, you keep any benefits already used during the current period.
