Transparent Pricing

What Does It Cost?

You shouldn't have to invite a stranger into your house just to find out what something costs. We publish our prices because we think you deserve a straight answer before you pick up the phone.

Service Calls

Service Call Fee

One flat fee covers the trip to your door and the first hour of diagnostic time. Your tech tests, measures, and figures out exactly what's going on, then gives you a written flat-rate price for the repair before any work starts.

If you approve the repair on the spot, the $129 service-call fee is applied as a credit toward the cost of the work. So you're not paying twice, you're paying once for the fix.

If the diagnosis takes longer than an hour, your tech will tell you up front exactly what additional time will cost as a single flat add-on. No hourly billing, no surprise charges. Nothing extra happens without your approval.

$129

Service Call Fee

Trip + first hour of diagnostic. Credited toward the repair if approved on the spot.

Repair pricing is separate and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Thinking About a New System?

Every installation is different. The cost depends on your home's size, the equipment, ductwork, electrical, and what rebates you qualify for. We don't publish one-size-fits-all installation prices because they'd be misleading.

What we do: visit your home for free, evaluate everything, and give you an exact price with all rebates applied. We also include monthly payment options on every proposal so you know both numbers.

Our Approach

Why We Publish Our Prices

Most HVAC companies won't tell you what anything costs until they're sitting in your living room. We think that's backwards.

You should be able to get a straight answer on price without scheduling an appointment, taking time off work, or sitting through a sales pitch. That's why we publish our service call fees, our repair ranges, and our maintenance plan costs right here on this page. The exact price always depends on your specific equipment and situation, but you'll never walk into a conversation with us without a ballpark.

We use flat-rate pricing on every job. That means your technician shows you the price before any work begins. If it takes longer than expected, the price doesn't change. If it takes less time, same thing. No hourly billing, no surprises.
