Transparent Pricing
HVAC Prices in Patchogue and Suffolk County
You shouldn't have to invite a stranger into your house just to find out what something costs. We publish our prices because we think you deserve a straight answer before you pick up the phone.
Service Calls
Service Call Fee
One flat fee covers the trip to your door and the first hour of diagnostic time. Your tech tests, measures, and figures out exactly what's going on, then gives you a written flat-rate price for the repair before any work starts.
If the diagnosis takes longer than an hour, your tech will tell you up front exactly what additional time will cost as a single flat add-on. No hourly billing, no surprise charges. Nothing extra happens without your approval.
$129
Service Call Fee
Trip + first hour of on-site diagnostic. Your tech confirms the flat-rate repair price before any work starts.
Repair pricing is separate and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Flat-Rate Pricing
Common Repair & Service Costs
We group repairs into four simple price categories. Your technician identifies the category and shows you the exact flat-rate price before any work starts, no hourly rates, no surprises.
Category 1
Common Electrical & Wear Parts
$150 – $400
Quick fixes with inexpensive parts, usually about an hour on site.
Common jobs: Capacitors, contactors, relays, ignitors, flame sensors, coil cleaning, condensate drain cleaning, basic thermostats
Category 2
Standard Motors & Mid-Range Parts
$400 – $750
Mid-range parts, or a little more labor to reach them.
Common jobs: Condenser fan motors, standard (PSC) blower motors, economy control boards, condensate line rebuilds
Category 3
Premium & High-Efficiency Parts
$750 – $1,400
High-efficiency or OEM components, or harder-to-reach repairs.
Common jobs: Variable-speed (ECM) blower motors, OEM control boards, inducer motors, gas valves
Category 4

Categories cover standard residential equipment and do not include the $129 service-call fee. Which category your repair falls into depends on your specific system and the parts needed. Your tech will confirm the exact flat-rate price before starting any work.
Thinking About a New System?
Every installation is different. The cost depends on your home's size, the equipment, ductwork, electrical, and what rebates you qualify for. We don't publish one-size-fits-all installation prices because they'd be misleading.
What we do: visit your home for free, evaluate everything, and give you an exact price with all rebates applied. We also include monthly payment options on every proposal so you know both numbers.
Before you budget anything, check the PSEG and NYSERDA rebates you may qualify for on a heat pump conversion. You can also browse everything we install and repair to see what applies to your home.

Our Approach
Why We Publish Our Prices
Most HVAC companies won't tell you what anything costs until they're sitting in your living room. We think that's backwards.
You should be able to get a straight answer on price without scheduling an appointment, taking time off work, or sitting through a sales pitch. That's why we publish our service call fees, our repair ranges, and our maintenance plan costs right here on this page. The exact price always depends on your specific equipment and situation, but you'll never walk into a conversation with us without a ballpark.
We use flat-rate pricing on every job. That means your technician shows you the price before any work begins. If it takes longer than expected, the price doesn't change. If it takes less time, same thing. No hourly billing, no surprises.
