Everything in the Essential Plan
1 Tune-Up Per Year
A comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and performance check of your heating or cooling system. This is the single most effective thing you can do to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Full Equipment Health Report
After your visit we send a written report with photos and exact readings, so you know the real condition of your system and what, if anything, needs attention.
No Trip or Diagnostic Fee ($129 Value)
When you call us out for service, the $129 trip and diagnostic fee is waived. You just pay for the repair, at a discount. This is the benefit that makes the plan pay for itself.
Priority Scheduling
When something breaks, you go to the front of the line ahead of non-members. During peak season, that can be the difference between a same-week visit and waiting two weeks.
10% Off All Repairs
Every repair call, parts and labor, is 10% less. On a $500 repair, that is $50 saved. On a compressor replacement, it is hundreds.
Price Lock While Enrolled
Your plan rate will not change while you stay enrolled. We also send seasonal reminders so you never have to remember to schedule maintenance.

Upgrade to Comfort
For $20 more per month, the Comfort plan covers your whole home with two tune-ups a year, spring and fall, plus 15% off repairs instead of 10% and priority service when something breaks.

Essential Plan FAQ
Every tune-up is a full system inspection: we clean coils and components, check refrigerant levels, test electrical connections, check the air filter, inspect ductwork, calibrate your thermostat, lubricate moving parts, test safety controls, check drainage lines, and measure overall performance. You also get a full Equipment Health Report with photos and readings. This is a thorough maintenance visit, not a quick filter swap.
Essential includes one tune-up a year on the system you choose, heating or cooling. If you have both and want both serviced every year, the Comfort plan covers your whole home for $39 a month. Most homes with both a furnace and an AC are a better fit for Comfort.
When we come out to diagnose a problem, there is normally a $129 fee that covers the trip and the diagnostic. Essential members do not pay it. That alone covers most of the difference between the plan and a one-off tune-up the first time something breaks.
Essential members save 10% on every repair. On a typical $500 repair, that is $50 back in your pocket, on top of the waived $129 service fee. Most HVAC systems need at least one repair every few years, so it adds up.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time and we apply the new rate going forward. Many members start with Essential and move up to Comfort once they want both systems covered, or to Premier for the free thermostat and extended warranty.
No. Essential is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without penalties or cancellation fees. If you cancel after your tune-up has been completed, you keep that benefit.
