Comfort HVAC Maintenance Plan in Suffolk County

$39/month

first system, +$17/mo each additional system

Whole-home coverage and the plan most homes should be on. Both systems maintained every year, spring and fall, plus 15% off repair labor and priority service when something breaks.

Who It's For

Our Most Popular Plan for a Reason

The Comfort plan is built for homeowners who have both heating and cooling and want both serviced every year, with a real discount and priority service when something goes wrong.

Homes With Heating and Cooling

If you have a furnace and an AC, or a boiler and a mini split, both need annual service. Comfort covers your whole home, where Essential covers just one system.

Value Seekers

Two tune-ups, a waived service fee, and 15% off repair labor for $39 a month. For most homes the perks are close to free once you would have paid for the visits anyway.

Peace-of-Mind Homeowners

You do not want to wonder whether your AC will make it through August or your furnace will quit in January. Comfort keeps both maintained and puts you ahead of the line.

What's Included

Everything in the Comfort Plan

Everything in Essential

Full Equipment Health Report, priority scheduling, no trip or diagnostic fee on service calls, a repair labor discount, and a locked-in rate.

See full Essential details

2 Tune-Ups Per Year

A heating tune-up in fall and a cooling tune-up in spring. Both are full inspections with cleaning, testing, and calibration. This is the industry standard for keeping your system in top shape year-round.

Whole-Home Coverage

Both your heating and your cooling are covered, not just one system. Nothing gets skipped, and you are not paying separately to keep each one healthy.

15% Off Repair Labor

Repair labor is 15% less, up from 10% on Essential. On labor-heavy jobs like compressor replacements or blower motor swaps, that is a meaningful discount.

Priority Scheduling

Comfort members go ahead of non-plan and Essential customers when something breaks. During peak season, that can be the difference between same-week service and a long wait.

Two Visits a Year

Both Systems, Both Seasons

A single annual visit only ever catches half the picture. Comfort puts a technician on your equipment twice a year, timed to each season, so nothing goes a full year without attention.

Spring: Cooling Tune-Up

Before the first heatwave, we clean the coil, check refrigerant and electrical, and confirm your AC or heat pump is ready for summer.

Fall: Heating Tune-Up

Before the first cold snap, we inspect the burner or heat pump, run a combustion and safety check, and make sure your heat is ready for winter.

All Year: Member Benefits

Priority scheduling, no trip or diagnostic fee, and 15% off repair labor apply every time you call, all year long.

Comfort Plan FAQ

Heating and cooling systems have different components that need attention at different times. A fall tune-up prepares your furnace or heat pump for winter. A spring tune-up prepares your AC or heat pump for summer. Two tune-ups a year is the industry gold standard, and it is the main reason Comfort is the right plan for any home with both heating and cooling.

Comfort covers both your heating and your cooling every year, not just one system. If you have a furnace and a central AC, or a boiler and a mini split, both get serviced. That is the difference between Comfort and the Essential plan, which covers a single system.

Comfort is $39 a month for your first system and $17 a month for each additional system, because almost every benefit covers your whole home. A two-system home, for example, is $56 a month. Tell us what you have and we will give you the exact number.

Comfort members get 15% off repair labor, plus no trip or diagnostic fee on the service call. The discount applies to labor only. Parts are billed at our normal rate. On a major repair like a compressor or blower motor, where labor is the bulk of the job, that adds up quickly.

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle and upgrades can apply right away. Premier adds a free Ecobee thermostat (one per home, yours outright), filters at every visit, weekend service, a 12-month labor warranty, and a loyalty credit toward your next system. Note that canceling Premier within the first 12 months may carry a prorated hardware fee for the thermostat, up to $200.

No. Comfort is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without penalties or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep any benefits already used during the current period.
